The 15-Minute Full-Body Band Workout You Can Do Anywhere
No gym. No commute. No excuses. If you have a set of resistance bands and 15 minutes, you have a full training session.
The 15-Minute Band Circuit
The logic is simple: pick five movements, work each for 45 seconds, rest 15, and repeat the circuit three times. It hits legs, chest, back, shoulders and core in one sweep.
Glute bridge with band - drive through your heels and squeeze at the top.
Band row - anchor the band at chest height and pull to your ribcage.
Band push-up - loop the band over your back for extra resistance on every rep.
Overhead press - stand on the band and press straight up.
Plank with band pull-through - brace your core and drag the band across your body.
Progressive Overload, No Plates Needed
Bands have a built-in progression system: the further you stretch them, the harder the rep gets. Combine that with heavier-resistance bands or slower tempo, and you can keep making progress for months without touching a weight.
Make It Stick
Schedule your 15 minutes like a meeting. Train the circuit three times a week, add a fourth round when it feels easy, and swap in a suspension trainer for rows and presses when you want to change the stimulus. Consistency beats intensity every single time.
